Although many clients use the Fast Teaming Formula and Polaris together, Polaris also works on its own to give your meetings a robust structure and faster, higher quality decision making.

A one-day, in-person and deeply practical workshop where we’ll look in-depth at how the Formulas work and how to use them in your own organisation and meetings.

1:1 coaching with us where we’ll observe how you’re using the Formulas and coach you with all you need to use them practically and in-depth.

A practical, two-hour, hands-on session where we’ll draw your experience and practice together, giving you all you need to take your use of the Formulas forward.
