Founder and Director of Team Up and Fellow of the British Psychological Society, George is a Chartered Occupational and Sports Psychologist. He is an ‘expert’ Executive Team Development coach with 10,000 plus lifetime hours of team workshop facilitation, coaching C-suite and senior teams across a myriad of industries, continents and global organisations.
Out of his work with sports and extreme teams, George developed a deep understanding of how teams operate so effectively and quickly in life and death situations.
